Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn/unused

  • With tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at shopartsbg@gmail.com (or call 980-421-5690) with your order number and the reason for your return.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you:

  • Return instructions, and

  • The return shipping address (shared at approval)

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

Because we are a small business, customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund (or from the store credit amount, if applicable).

We recommend using a tracked shipping method to help protect your return.

Refunds & Store Credit Timeline

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of approval status.

  • Returns requested within 15 days of delivery: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method after the item is received and inspected, minus the 10% restocking fee.

  • Returns requested after 15 days (up to 30 days): Approved returns will receive store credit only, minus the 10% restocking fee.

If approved, refunds are processed after inspection. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out before requesting a return.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel/return within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the eligibility requirements listed above.
