We have a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn/unused

With tags attached

In its original packaging

Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at shopartsbg@gmail.com (or call 980-421-5690) with your order number and the reason for your return.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you:

Return instructions, and
-
The return shipping address (shared at approval)
Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
Because we are a small business, customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund (or from the store credit amount, if applicable).
We recommend using a tracked shipping method to help protect your return.
Refunds & Store Credit Timeline
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of approval status.

Returns requested within 15 days of delivery: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method after the item is received and inspected, minus the 10% restocking fee.

Returns requested after 15 days (up to 30 days): Approved returns will receive store credit only, minus the 10% restocking fee.
If approved, refunds are processed after inspection. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel/return within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the eligibility requirements listed above.
